I'd been a Civil (Engineering) Designer for 22 years - but was summarily fired (Feb. 1, 2006) for beginning my Transition on the job. I then began a new career in February of 2007 at Trans-friendly Call Centers; but the bad economy forced that to end on April 6, 2009 whereupon began 3 years of unemployment and eventual homelessness (from which I have yet to recover to this very day).
For 4 years, I led a local TG Support Group called Peak Area Gender Expressions (PAGE); and from 2005 thru 2010 served as a Civil Rights Activist for the Greater Trans Community in the State of Colorado and beyond. I also served as the Official Co-Chair (for 2 consecutive terms) of the El Paso County Stonewall Democrats.
In 2007, the local LGBT Community bestowed upon me the Thomas G. Martin Activist Award for Exemplary Service; plus 3 other awards besides that for openly opposing Bigots who discriminate against the LGBT Community. I have also helped make Colorado a more T-friendly State via pushing efforts that put Trans-inclusive laws on the books here.
My Mission is to strive for the day when no younger Transgender individual will ever be subjected to the same economic oppressions and societal punishments that I have had to (and still do) endure in my Journey.
I call for nothing less than true EQUALITY for all law-abiding citizens.

For recreation, I enjoy listening to good music; going out with friends to dance; or doing the Diva Thing at some nice place when it's karaoke night. I also love to draw, write poetry, compose commentaries, journal, and I maintain my serious Faith in Christ via attending Church and sticking to my now 37-year routine of reading the Bible completely, each year.

I am a M2F and i am looking for support and a lot of love. I am currently not out and i have tried all my life to be the male that i am supposta be. but i don't know. I not totally happy and I'm not totally sure about any thing in reality. I have had what i think is gender Dysphoria for a long time now and even when i was a child. I have never been diagnosed that way but i never feel totally happy with my self as my assigned gender.
