I am a little bit of a late bloomer with my transition. Even though I basically came out to my mother at the tender trusting age of 4. I told her that I didn't want to wear boys things anymore. When she asked me why I told her that I was not a boy. Well to say that it didn't go well would be an understatement. It is only after years of talking to people with more letters after their names than my own name contains has set me free. Like I tell people who ask how I'm doing I have never been so alone, but never so happy.
